It has to be the Panthers. We are terrible our recruitment officer must just sit at home playing xbox or something.

The past 2 seasons we gained Cooper & Elford and lost
Wesser, Rooney, Priddis, Aiton, T.Puletua, Wright, Isa, F.Puletua & Elford Prob retire at season's end. Daniela and Bell close to signing elsewhere.

We signed Simmons wow. Anyone know a worse Management then Panthers??? David Gallop and crew don't count because they are to busy kissing the butts of TV exec

Penrith are quite bad. Even though i think it was time for some of the players you mentioned to head out to pasture. Whats Wesser done for Souths? Whats Priddis done for the Dragons?

I think the fact they let go of Wallace only to see Gower leave and then not replace them with a recognised halfback for 2 years might give an indication of how good they are. The marquee signing of Lee Hookey a few years back springs to mind also...

Having said that in regards to roster moves surely the Tigers deserve a mention. To lose Prince, Laffranchi, and Hodgson and to then sign John Morris sets off a few alarm bells...

Luke Walsh was an good recent sign on for your boys. Been an excellent thought out recruit i think . hard to say with some decision as we dont know a clubs financials .. what seems like a crazy idea may be necessary under the cap . I have to wonder about the Tigers mgmt though sometimes ... sign Benji for 1 bazillion ,throw farah some coins and fill the rest of the spots with underwieght schoolkids . Taniela tuiaki has been an awesome find for the club though .

I think the Broncos are starting to go down this path with Bennett leaving. Hunt likely to go and Lockyer shortly after who do they replace them with?

I think the downturn for the Broncos will be slow but it will come.

Depends if you are taling recruitment or off the field decision making. Cronulla would get my vote due to the financial losses they are making year on year. On the plus side they have built a new end stand so there is some improvement to the ground I guess. Penrith's lack of ability to get a RL mad area to games is pretty poor and Canberra's lack of engagement with the people of Canberra would rate a mention.

Penrith invested in their youth at the expense of signing big name players and letting their older hats go. They're not going great at the moment, but it's a decision which will pay dividends in a year or two. Parramatta's management is pretty bad but is sure to change, as is Cronulla's under the poor long term planning of Ricky Stuart. Warriors and Roosters have recruited well but been unlucky that their star signings have not performed. Maybe the worst is Canberra, they seem to lose all their best players every single year and end up in a rebuilding situation every season.

We dont lose anymore players than any other club. However you are right in that we seem to be stuck in a perpetual rebuilding phase.

What the!! Yes a Dragons fan so a little biased, how the f*ck could you possibly slip them into this thread. Priddis cost Dragons nothing and has been good to use as a fill in when players out.

We talking management or recruitment. Recruitment you probably have to question Tigers, but then in saying that once they won a GF, they were never a chance of being able to keep all those players.

Management, then the way Sharks and Roosters have handled a few things this season then you have to questions their structures. Although Sharks are moving in the right direction I think.

Calm down champ. Was not trying to have a go at the Dragons recruitment policy which is obviously proving to be a success given their level of play and position on the ladder.

Was merely trying to illustrate that i don't think Penrith's management can be labelled awful for moving a few of the elder players on at what i consider to have been the right time to do so. They had Aiton and Iosefa waiting and it was apparent to me that Priddis was definately not the player he used to be.

Civonaciva and Walsh don't count?

Tigers in a no contest. We have only signed 1 player of Value and that is Ellis.
