Worst Rugby League TV Commentator?

This has probably been posted many times before, but I just wanted to get it off my chest and see what everyone else thinks. Is Gary Freeman from FOX not the very worst RL TV commentator going around??? He just seems to know nothing about the rules of the game, despite having played for so long, and gets just about every video ref decision wrong that I have seen #-o

I'ld have to say it's the guys who do the commentary in NZ. Not sure if they still do, I've been away for a while. I can somehow excuse them for being a tad biased towards the Warriors but for god sake speak english

1 Point - The Kiwi Fox commentators who do the Warriors games who's names aren't worth remembering.

Russell Fairfax and Gary Freeman are pretty annoying. Andy Raymond has a good voice, hes bit of a w*nker sometimes, nevertheless he's not the worst.

Costigan is the pits, however I don't really have that big a problem with Ropati and Halligan.

Maybe Australians should stop being thick and learn to understand people with different accents? People in NZ can handle Australian commentators for most NRL games, I'm sure you lot can cope with the occaisional kiwi accent.
Actually the worst member of the NZ commentary team (Costigan) is an Australian.

Easy big fella... The bit about the accent was tongue in cheek but the bit about the bias ain't.

Some of us ain't as Thuck as some But then again subtitles might help.

2 To Wayne Pearce- he's just a touch boring.
1 to the NZ commentator. I dont know his name but he's normally on with Halligan.

Costo from Sky NZ is terrible - differentiate between Fox and Sky though, two separate companies

i agree freeman he is good he makes the show a bit more interesting and gives the show more energy
I think wayne pearce and alexander are very good analysts

Rusty Fairfax is absolutely a shocker. He's one eyed to the hilt on the Roosters. You'd love for them to go on a 10 game losing streak just for him alone. Brandy's not the best - its not his opinions aren't founded, its just his sack hasn't completely dropped yet and he's hard to understand because of it.

I have had the pleasure of watching GB games and i hahave to say GB commentators are a lot worse than NZ commentators.

The worst ever is Rusty Fairfax without a doubt.

And whenever they cross to Paul Green at half time in Nth Queensland he always makes me think they let a work experience kid in to do commentary. he looks TINY next to Mark Braybrook. if he turned around with his back to the camera he'd be Dickie Knee
