Can't get to the focus group & don't know if this is already available, but can someone suggest a DVD/video of the history of the Sharks or at least a highlights package of Sharks tries for say the last 20 years, to get us through the off season.

in all the years i've found ONE (1!) decent piece of sharks merchandise that i was able to wear without feeling like some sad lost footy bogan.

it's not just the sharks though, it's league in general. compare it to the marketing and available merchandise for soccer or nfl even the bloody afl ! we still look like a professional game run by amateur boofheads with no idea. it's a disgrace and an embarrassment to the game and the club.

why don't the club team up with somebody like mambo or industrie or some half-decent manufacturer and come up with some cool ass retro styles that would
a) actually sell
b) promote the club
c) be the envy of every other club

how bloody hard would that be ? not at all ! rule 1 in business - if you can't do it, get in somebody who can !

Even if it is just for members of the footy & leagues clubs, in fact make that a selling point, join the Sharks Supporters Club and you get access to the official forum (amongst other things).

I think the club needs a designer, someone with experience in the australian fashion industry and who is also a mad league fan to put into practice excactly that the fans want....
