Wrestlemania notes

- Vince McMahon is said to really want Ric Flair vs. Mick Foley at Wrestlemania, whereas Foley is pushing to have a match with Vince since he apparently regrets not doing that match a few years ago. He is said to be strongly against doing any sort of match with Flair.

- There is also some talk of bringing Hulk Hogan back - first to induct him into the Hall of Fame and then to have him wrestle at the PPV, possibly against Ric Flair.

- Finally, there is also preliminary talks of Brock Lesnar returning to face Big Show, but at this point, it is not even close to happening since WWE isn’t even returning Lesnar’s calls at the moment. They are intending to give him the impression that they have no interest in bringing him back at this point. There is a chance that WWE will wait until after Wrestlemania to bring him back because most feel it is inevitable that it will happen sooner or later

From RajahWWF.com

Its good that Hogan may come back, but a Hogan vs Flair match, i rather watch paint dry.

its not about there talent at the moment its about pride and history..flair and hogan were probably 2 of the biggest names in the early 90's if not the biggest.

I agree Hogan vs. Flair was one of the worst feuds in 99 however it's good to see a big name return to the wrestling scene.

IMO I would radther see Flair vs. Foley however either one of the two won't co-operate with the other. Foley vs. Vince would of been awsome 4-5 years ago when Foley was fired however it just seems stupid, no real build up to this point, unless Orton/Foley feud had seeds in it for a while.

Also good to see Lesnar not returning at Wrestlemania, save him for after, bring him in just a bit after Wrestlemania, with no build up and just surprise everyone, that would be awsome.

Yer but we want to see entertaining matches, they could have a great build up..but lets be honest..they are not going to put up a great match. Flair vs Foley would be much better, and Hogan could be inducted in the Hall of fame and maybe even have a match with someone.

If Hogan wrestles, i think he could and should fight that Muhammed guy. That would be a massive feud, particularly if Muhammed was fast tracked to the US Title.

It would be awesome to watch Muhammed desigrate all the challengers and American heroes, maybe even win the Royal Rumble, only to see the Real American music hit. No build up, no internet rumours, or long term contracts. Just a one off out of the blue deal culminating in a Hogan squash similar to what he did to the Iron Shiek and later on, Sargeant Slaughter.
