That was an incredible win for Balmain Ball, missing your best 2 players then your next best going off after 5 mins, lol@large

really happy for Matt’s, great finish to the game

Wests were terrible in both grades. Matt’s had all the field and position early and were very wasteful (although did have 2 tries disallowed which both Looked fine). Wests Ball are horrible, that team should not be 0-3

How good would it be if we were just Wests Tigers across all the junior comps? All of the admin / coaching double handling and wasted money that could be put into identifying, securing, and training the best young talent.

TBH, I think other clubs would be falling over themselves to have our set up.
Having two clubs underneath them looking after their juniors, that's double the players getting looked at, seems to be working well atm.

Actually Gallant is in charge of the wests tigers pathways system so he’d be in constant contact with Harrison & whoever is in Harrison’s role with the magpies

Yep correct. ONly heard good things about Bronson from those involved with Balmain. He came in after theyd just lost Conti (Dogs ) and Kaanan (Roosters) who were the two best juniors they'd had since Papenhuyzen. Bronson has been very successful post footy. Owns a number of gyms and is doing this purely cause he loves the club and wants to put back.

Gallant brought the Ball Balmain fullback down from QLD and the centre Filipe Huahulu over from NZ who have both been ultra impressive. For Balmain to be 4-0 after going 0-9 last year is incredible. Matts is 2-2 aswell and theyre nearly all first year players. The pessimist in me however thinks Ballwill still struggle to make the finals. They play Souths, Dogs, Roosters and Steelers next who are all very strong, getting one win from that would be a good effort, then hopefully beat the Sharks in the last round to make the finals.

Wests on the other hand have been very poor. Ball had a great win on the weekend but should in no way be 1-3 with some of the players they have. Matts were terrible V CC Roosters, never looked in it. A lot of first year guys in the side but they need to regroup as they're now 2-2 and should be making the finals with their eyes closed.
