WT Football Jumpers wtf ?

Could any one shed some light on how our playing strip has come to incorporate a dull and bland shade of grey as our dominant colour in the past two games.
As a WT supporter i prefer to see our team wearing something that can be identified easily as the WT playing jumper, which also is relevant too and respectful of the origins of where our club evolved from as our colours are black, orange and white not grey.

WT had two of the most iconic jerseys in Australian sport to use but we have to watch them wear ugly, generic trash designs. Sad.

The grey is ok but it needs black shorts probably and full orange, black and white loops above the grey socks. Away only ofc.

Balmain and Wests had the iconic jerseys. WT haven't really created one as of yet.
They're obviously trying to create that with the current home kit (black w/ white and orange/gold V - which I quite like tbh), but the alternates are going to chop and change fairly regularly.

I'd like if we used the 2014 'heritage' jersey as our fulltime jersey. Even share of black, white and gold. Play in the black strip at CS, an orange strip at LO, and the tri-colour striped jersey for ANZ and all away games.

Simple, iconic, prevents a grey eyesore.

i agree with this completely. Hoops are much more traditional and iconic than a V and the grey just looks like the jumper has been used as a wank rag for the past 15 seasons.

The club has invested in ISC designs to try and boost sales. The more jerseys sold, the more money the NRL make which goes well when license extensions are discussed. Orange jerseys have not sold well the last few years. No doubt the sales will fluctuate in the future.

You guys read my mind. Was just about to post this. It would be great if we could stick to this and really become a tri-colour club of an even black, white and gold. No more of this black and white or black and gold business. We are the Wests Tigers, we need our own new identity.
