Is this a mis-print, an accident, or did it just slip by?

If it is factual, then please call the white coat brigade. he has lost the plot!!

Coach Chris Anderson had the option of drafting Matt Sing, Luke Lewis or veteran Darren Smith into the 17-man squad, however, he elected to name the solid DeVere.

So Phil Bailey got picked ahead of De Vere in the first test...WHY?!

Bailey would have been much better on the bench, though I'm surprised he's even in the touring squad.

My first choice would have been Matt Sing, but I understand that Sing may be carrying an injury, but I'm not 100% sure about that. De Vere will go OK and he is a better goal kicker than Fitzgibbon. Both would have been better 1st Test starting choices than Bailey.

And I'd certainly rather have Darren Smith coming off the bench than that waste of space Mason.

It's time Clinton and Lewis got a go as well. Mason is useless.

Probably worth giving Dean Pay, Jim Dymmock et al a call as well.

He can't call Pay, he's gearing up to coach the Sharks isn't he?

Seriously though, Hegarty is only a 50/50 chance and has been at worse odds most of the week. Sing is on standby for Hegarty and looks a good chance of getting a run anyway.

Smith?? Got me beat. He could of called up Colin Best instead

Lewis - would of been my choice. He's a center wearing a winger's number at Penrith anyway IMO. Perhaps Ando reckons Senior will put it over the kid. So what? Senior has been putting it over our centers for years.

Its been confirmed, Hegarty is fit to play.

Damn. I wanted Matt Sing. :(

Sing might not be a strong defender, but he's a darn sight better then that Baldy boy Hegarty fumbling out of dummy half and being out of position to let tries in. :D

Hope he gets a recall for the 3rd test. Him or Lewis.

me too, His attacking brilliance makes up for any defensive lapses.

Thank god for that. I hate Hegarty. If there was anyone else on the Tour that deserved to go less then Bails it was that useless turd.
