Just saw one of the most disturbingly hilarious crowd signs from NXT. I would post it here, but it would be taken down immediately. Go to Botchamania's FB page and look for the sign a woman made for Finn Balor.

 Loved that sign. I tried to keep an eye out for it during my viewing of their match, but must have missed it.

Crowd chanting "Thank you Stewart"

With the exception of the fact his run-in ruined an otherwise good match, I'm glad that he didn't screw Rollins over.

NQd1fEC.gif

I F@#$ING LOVE COCAINE

That was f**king hilarious. I'm sure they intended it to look scary, but he just looks like an old meth addict chuckling to himself after he's offered to suck you off for $5.

"I'd have done it for $3. What a sucker".

I've been hoping Dudley boys will be wwe2k16

Glad to see them back, but going straight into a feud with New Day goes one of two ways: they beat New Day and we're robbed of an awesome tag team as champions OR they lose to New Day and are just kind of stuck.

Sting really? f**k off we don't need more old merkins taking up a main event spot.

Can't say Sting v Rollins is a marquee match I'm dying to see. Should be interesting.

Watching the Dudleys return, I find it hilarious the way Titus' monotone ramblings about new meat get completely drowned out by JBL and Cole putting the Dudleys over huge.

Sting is 60 years old and Rollins is scared of him...wat

And apparently Cena is the only performer back there who does charity for make a wish...f**k off.

Oh yeah and you wonder why the Brooklyn crowd shit all over the divas match? Because all they've done for the past month is put on meaningless tag team matches just so they can prolong Nikki's title reign. The sooner the Bellas f**k off the better.

It's so painfuly obvious that they're just counting down until they can have Nikki outdo AJ's reign as one more 'f**k you' to CM Punk for getting out.

If somebody deserves to take the record from AJ, it's not a borderline pornstar like Nikki Bella.

Alicia and Brie are far worse, they are complete rubbish in the ring at least nikki can perform to a acceptable level in the ring. Did Alicia botch a scissors kick at the end of that match to? They really need to trust the nxt girls to be the main attraction in that division, have nikki drop the title at NOC due to Brie interfering in the match and pick back up the Brie and nikki feud since people like Brie and they can reestablish nikki as a heel since that line has been blurred recently. That way then can keep a spot light on the bellas and total divas but also give the the nxt girls some room to show what they can do and bring legitimacy back the to divas title.

Sasha takes the belt 2 days before she breaks the record - goes on to break the record.

Yeah, yeah, I know it won't happen. I can still dream for the next 20 days or so though.

It's a shame this is so politic driven though because the ENTIRE story line from since she started counting down and including the revolution is set up perfectly for Nikki to fall just short to one of the new challengers.

That would be great KTF.

With the divas, it's all about creative. I actually think Nikki, Alicia, Natalya, Naomi, Paige etc. all have something to offer, the problem is that their idea of a revolution is taking the best talent from NXT, dumping it into the division and calling it a day.

The women's division in NXT was built on good booking and great character development. While some gimmicks were just over from the get go (Charlotte, Paige, Bayley) watching the likes of Emma, Sasha & Becky grow into their personas made for fun television and really gave the fans a reason to get invested in the matches.

You don't get that from cliched split-screen promos and random backstage segments with the 'divas' looking on.

If it was up to me, I'd book Charlotte vs Nikki Bella for Night of Champions with a big time build. Build the angle on Nikki Bella building this empire and brand for herself, but use Charlotte's bloodlines as a way to highlight how women like Nikki treated professional wrestling as a joke. Steal clips from Total Divas where Nikki is putting over all her hard-work and really strike a nerve with this one. Night of Champions happens, big back and forth match with Charlotte going over much to the delight of the women & Ric Flair.

You then build around Charlotte until Wrestlemania rolls around.

Nice. Could definitely handle Charlotte being the focus initially. Would love a Banks v Charlotte WM match for the title.

I think you nailed it with the "dumping them there and calling it a day" analogy, and I think that extends to creative in general rather than just the woman's division (it just so happens that division is the one that good booking is most critical for at this current point).

Look at King Barrett, the guy who wins the IC title only to lose every match afterwards followed by KOTR - only to lose every match afterwards.

Neville and Lucha Dragons have pretty much been reduced to "hey kids, look what these guys can do...ooohhh, ahhhhh" without anything other than very brief feuds.

When the Wyatt's broke up - ugh. No plan there.

Rusev is kind of floundering a bit. Lose to Cena, lose Lana, replace her with some other blonde and continue on as normal. At least he's in a feud though so that's at least something.

Ambrose just goes where Reigns goes and gets a front row seat to his increasingly over the top acting, again at least he's in a feud of some kind.

Even Ziggler - after he won that Survivor Series match it should have been the time where he was pushed into a big time feud with Rollins, but instead he got reduced to nothing when the Authority came back very quickly. There were so many opportunities to do something with him after that breakout win that I can only assume they gave him that win just to trick everyone rather than any long term planning for him.

It's like every feud is on a straight path and the only time they intersect is for the inevitable multi-man main event match. There's little room for feuds and therefore characters to grow more organically. Good story lines always have it's central path (the main feud) but there should always be stopovers and crossing other lanes along the way.

That would be Great. It's been looking like they are building up to a Charlotte vs nikki at night of champions. I would really like Sasha to move away from the rest of team bad, she seems just like their offsides and not the boss.
Anyone else slightly annoyed that all the divas enter to one persons music surely with a 3 hour raw everyone can get their own entrance.

yeah I'd rather they focus on a Nikki vs Charlotte feud too rather than pitting all the women in tag matches week after week. I can't stand Nikki and while she has improved she is still nowhere near the same level as the NXT women are as far as in ring work goes.

Thing is most of the roster suffers from the same lacklustre booking unless you're a guy that Vince/Dunn supports (Cena, Reigns) or HHH supports (Rollins). As an Ambrose fan it's hard to sit and watch what they've been doing with him since he broke from the shield while the other two rise to the top of the card so quickly. The same could be said about Wyatt, why Cena had to go over him just as he was gaining so much momentum I'll never know.

Of the three women called up as part of the so-called Diva's Revolution, I'd argue that Charlotte is the weakest of the three both as a wrestler and as a talker.

She's also the least attractive of the lot. Woof!
