The HHH/Seth segment was ok. They are building a nice story around Seth's leg so the match has potential.

Everything else is just Meh.

Lesnar/Goldberg has some intrigue in the same way a car crash does and the tag titles are now a ladder match which should turn it into a decent spectacle.

Now they are just chucking stipulations into matches to see what sticks. Women's match is now an elimination Fatal 4 Way (that's a positive for me) and the tag match is now a Ladder Match (big negative I reckon).

I can't say I have watched weekly WWE programming for a few years now so no idea if the ladder stipulation makes any sense but I did think the match looked a bit vanilla before the stipulation was added.

As you say though, they shouldn't just chuck a stipulation at a match because it is wrestlemania, it should be an organic and natural conclusion to the feud.

You guys with your fingers on the pulse - do Miz and Cena hate each other in real life?

Because their promos on each other have been brutal.

The dodgy rumour is the tag team Ladder Match is in place for a Broken Hardys return...

I don't think so, I reckon Cena would have fed lines to Miz to use. It's not like there isn't plenty of info for it online.

But I agree, they're brutal promos.

Self confessed Goldberg mark here.
I think they have booked themselves into a corner here with the Lesnar/Goldberg feud. Their Survivor Series match - wow. Perfect. The Royal Rumble match - To be honest, I'd have liked to have seen Lesnar elminate Goldberg. The way it stands, theres no other winner at WrestleMania. You have Goldberg beating Lesnar at WM20, dominating him at SS, eliminating him for RR and the spear on Raw to close the show. It is now far too predictable that Lesnar wins. It's just a matter of how.

IF we were going down this route, I'd like to have seen the MITB holder (which was Ambrose) cash in after the match. While Goldberg stares down Ambrose who is on his way to the ring, Lesnar gets up and F-5s Goldberg twice, followed by his top rope move. Ambrose the new champ - Although, in hindsight, maybe have someone like Miz win the MITB, his promos have been on fire!

The Hardys all pretty much all but confirmed back in the WWE at this point it would seem. Them interrupting the New Day at Mania would be pretty great.

So Jim Ross has been signed to a Legends deal with WWE, and will call the Lesnar vs Goldberg match. Word is it was done in part to keep Ross from calling WOS in the UK. He will still be calling NJPW for ASX TV.

Cruiserweights: Would rather they leave this till the Raw after mania than jam it in the pre-show where it will be lost in the shuffle. Should be a good match but Neville should go over here, leave the title change to payback.

Smackdown womens: Naomi should go over here, but the whole story has been a cluster f. Would rather have seen Micke & Alexa vs Naomi & Becky in a tag match. I don't know how the match will work.

Battle Royal: Is there any way Braun doesn't win this? Will be a standard battle royal, not a lot else to say about it

Raw Tag Titles: They have dropped the ball so hard on all 3 teams here, it is just hard to care anymore. I guess I'd like to see the Club retain with the Broken Hardys to debut afterwards. The tag team division is too skinny to be split in two.

Raw womens: I think much like the tag team division the womens division is too skinny to be split in two. I would send all tag teams to Smackdown and all women to raw in the next draft and get some depth in both divisions. I think Sasha it comes down to Sasha vs Bayley with Sasha going over, sewing the seeds for a heel turn.

AJ vs Shane, AJ to win, Shane to jump off a tall thing. This should open the show, get AJ's win out of the way early to get the fans onside, ala Bryan at Mania 31.

HHH vs Seth, Seth has to go over here, Joe will probably run in, also have Balor run in and be forced to allign with Seth (who injured him) or Joe & HHH, ultimately going with Seth for now.

Ambrose vs Corbin: this has showed me why I am not a fan of Dean at all. Corbin tries to murder him with a forklift and in their talking smack segment Ambrose is basically catatonic (yet is supposedly a lunatic). Corbin should go over here and Ambrose needs to change up his character. Corbin is looking like a future main eventer and is consistently improving.

Mixed Tag: Cena/Miz promo has been amazing, I hope Miz goes over (I can live with NIkki pinning Maryse since Maryse doesn't wrestle) but I fear a simultaneous submission is coming.

Roman/Taker: I am actually looking forward to this, the most intriguing match on the card as there is so many ways it can go. That said if Roman wins clean and stays face it will ruin the rest of the show. If only the streak was in tact they could have Roman cheat to beat it, resulting in a proper nuclear heel turn. They need something big to turn him heel, or the fans will cheer him as a heel because it's what they want. The match itself should be good.

US Title: A good way to cap off 6 months of story telling. I think KO goes over, and Jericho gets ready to ride off into the sunset again. KO is finally looking like a dickhead heel and taking Jerichos title is a good way to solidify that before sending him packing in a few months.

WWE Title: The match needs to be a proper slugfest. The storyline has been different and kind of cool. I think Randy wins (word is he is owed one for allowing Brock to cave his skull in at summerslam), but I would like to see Bray get his big Mania win (Randy can win the title later). I still don't know why Randy is the face when he burns down Bray's house but oh well. I hope Bray gets a sick entrance as well.

Universal title: I genuinely don't care about this match. I think Bill should go over but it is inevitable Brock will. I just don't get the whole Brock gets destroyed twice then wins the final slugfest story, it would make more sense for Goldberg to win again and look unstoppable, before dropping the title to a heel Roman or Samoa Joe. I hope they can drag a respectable match in terms of length and quality out of these two.

Bray needs a win at Mania more than basically anyone else you could name off at this point. Orton winning would undo how much they've built him up at this point... Which is what they've done every other time so far so it's probably happening.

Smackdown Women's title is now on the main show. Is there going to be an Asuka debut or is there another reason for this. My feeling is that now Naomiis confirmed to be in the match they want her to have her entrance at night time (after what happened with Bray & Taker 2 years ago), so this match will break up the bigger matches late in the show. Will probably go on third to last before Bray/Randy & after Taker/Reigns.

Meltzer reckons they timed the show out and since they had enough time for another segment they gave it to the women.

The WWE has then come out and said there was demand for the match, but that hasn't been verified. In saying, it wasn't like Sasha/Charlotte at Hell in a Cell.
