WWE Tag Team Div

It's starting to look like the WWE are about to do something with the Tag Team Div.

Ok you have the Hart Dynasty as the current title holders.

The Colons have reformed this past week on a Raw house show.
On Raw Edge as Orton to reform Rated RKO just before Orton RKOed Edge, But I think
that was pay back from last week's Raw. So watch this space.

On Raw as will it looks that Jericho & Miz have formed a possible tag team.

So that give you 4 strong tag teams, You have the Dudebusters & The S.E.S on SD

I think the WWE need to reform the EdgeHeads as will & that will take the tag teams to a total of 7.
There is talk of the Fortunate Sons joining Raw soon

Just came to mind before Regal & Vladamir Tagged Santino acted like he was Vlads tag team partner, mmmm maybe.

The tag team I would like to see form are Santino & Goldust or Kane & Goldust

Most tag teams in WWE are made up of two singles wrestlers they have nothing else for and even then there still aren't that many teams, and when they finally do establish a team they are eventually broken up and often both wrestlers fade away anyway. Happened to the Colons until they reformed, will definitely happen to Cryme Tyme.

I can't really get in to TNA but one thing I do like about their product is that they do tag team wrestling very very well. I don't know much about the history of these teams, but it means something when they say "Beer Money Inc. vs. Motor City Machineguns", they have names, gimmicks, similar attires, chemistry and aren't broken up every 6 months.

WWE are really awful in this regard. Who do they have? The Hart Dynasty and now The Colons. This from the company that once had the Hardy Boyz, Dudley Boyz, E&C, New Age Outlaws, APA, Too Cool & Brothers of Destruction on their roster at the same time.

Have to agree ParraJay.

I want to see REAL tag teams.

Hart Dynasty, Colons, Dudebusters (the two must suss blokes in the WWE) is a start for the WWE.

I hate giving TNA wraps but their tag teams are true TEAMS.

I don't mind seeing two wrestlers team up together, but having them win the Belts when they are thrown together with little chemistry or no gimmick is lame.

I do miss the Tag Divisoin that WWE/F use to have. is it too hard to get the guys they throw together like miz/show, miz/jericho to have the same tights as well as having some cool double team moves.

DX (Billy Gun, Road Dog and X-pac), Jericho and Benoit.

To be fair, one of the best tag teams of all time, The Rock n Sock was a thrown together tag team.

I do believe it's an area the WWE are lacking in, really I don't know what's so bad about bringing guys up through a tag team.

It's also an area I don't think TNA are capitalising enough on. They've got the world's best tag team, but you'd barely know it given the lack of promotion. Instead, they've got Matt Morgan running through the division with his vacant partner.

I don't think Kendrick and London tagged on the indies? I don't remember it and I am watching their shoot on my way to work every day and Kendrick tells the story about how London was in a dark match and because he wasn't doing anything he went up the the road agents and begged for London to be his tag partner. Of course they had known each other from the indies and been friends prior but still no taggy taggy...

Also in their shoot they have some interesting stories. Such as doing a tour of the WWE office and seeing all the posters of single wrestlers and Kendrick asked what does a tag team have to do to be on the wall and Shane replied with that he hasn't cared about a tag team since L.O.D... Crazy when you consider all the teams since then!! Also they tell a story about how they wore masks and after 6 months of wearing them(while being tag champs) Vince saw it for the first time and told an agent to make sure they get rid of the masks. Those two stories kinda sum up much WWE cares about tag teams. Check out the shoot if you can find it - pretty funny as both are stoned and drunk off their tits. They have some great stories though especially about Benoit.

I forget who said it (may have been the dudleys) but they said the WWE business is built on singles and tag team wrestling is just a nice side dish that they don't really care about. I like tag team wrestling and I do think it can draw if given the right time to develop but you won't find that time on a WWE show.

If that's true, it's pretty pathetic. Doesn't Vince even watch his shows?

I just watched a bit more on the train today and they told a story about how vince walked past Kasey James who was on the monitor and being used as an enhancement guy on ECW and saw how impressive he looked and said "Sign this guy!" then walked off...

Kasey James had been under contract for years, wrestled on PPVs and held the tag titles ...Similar to the story about when Vince saw Raven on WWF TV back in 2000 then started screaming "who the hell signed Raven?!?!"!! Ahhh shoots are entertaining and a great way to fill up time on the train

That Kasey James story is hillarious, as is the one with Benoit, Jamie Noble and Hooters. I love how matteroffact they are regarding Benoit.
