XBOX VERSION PETITION!!!!

my sound card was around $500 it's the creative audigy 2 i think, and my speakers are $250 watt aaron loudspeakers $1000 for the front's and $650 for the ctr. This is just my opinion

Audigy 2s cost $119. The Audigy 2 Platinum costs $489

Look what chipset the Xbox has for sound, then say again that the Xbox has better sound. Xbox has very antiquated sound, same as graphics.

As I understand it though, gas plasma televisions aren't good for playing games... at least thats what the guy at Bing Lee told me

They aren't because it can "burn" still images into the plasma, so you are watching TV and you'll see an image of HALO2 in the background, hence why Mr. Mullins is lying because there is no 1024x1024.

Burn in issues were very common but on my 1024 x 1024 plasma
which is like the 5th gen plasma burn issues are almost non existant u can game till ur heart's content..

seriously dude if thats your TV you obviously have enough spare cash lying around to have a beast PC With a mad 30inch liquid plasma screen that supports resolutions of over 3200x2400(thats the current max I believe)! Thats what I'd do if I had that sorta cash...
I mean 1024x1024 (although I still don't get that resolution ratio consider plasma's are wide...) is cool for a moniter, but once you go past a 17" it starts to look a little blocky...

Well thats what i'm saying its just diffrent opinions, my PC is very solid and I use my plasma as my PC screen through DVI at 1024x 768 which looks great. However i'm still defo gonna get the xbox version of this game as i think..IMO it has the ability to represent the game as good as PC with admited lower res any way enough of this

Look at the price of a PC with a good sound and video card, then compare it to the price of an Xbox.

Personally I'll be getting the PC version (like I did with the first one) but Xbox is fantastic for multi-player games, and thats what I'll be getting that version for!
I'm confident it will be announced for Xbox....for some reason the announcement takes a little longer , thats all.

The difference in quality from PC to XBOX will be similar to the difference between XBOX to PS2... not major, but noticable.

Yes, but we're not talking about XBOX 2 now are we? We're talking about "XBOX"! . And that isn't improving in the slightest! ;-)

Anyway mate, I don't know where you get your info, but the XBOX 2 (not it's real name) will have it's graphics done by ATI who are currently developing the exact same technology for PC.... The same thing is happening for the PS3, which is having it's graphics hardware created by nVidia (the company who did the graphics hardware for the current XBOX) and they too are making the same technology for PC... The only difference is that on console it will be non upgradeable and unable to support higher resolutions, whereas the PC version will have several different incarnations and more options...
Either way though, they won't be 3 times better than PC's, they'll be a touch ahead on release and within a year PC will have caught up, within 2 surpassed and in 3 gone well beyond...
