I was thinking the same thing.
Its not just the incredible number of injuries - its the quality of player.

SOO lookes like being played in moonboots.

All thongs being equal have we had our serve at the right time.
The only problem with our theory mate is the other team facing the exact same adversity is......
Manly!!

And we know how well we go against them, especially in GF's haha

Besides his first game & his first try, I actually don’t think he’s looked that impressive.

Yeh, sure he’s got talent but it’s a long way off representative footy.

Has he even got a line break yet, created by himself?

Once Johnson & Moylan are back, we will probably give him a lot more space to use his pace but so far we’ve only given him the ball in open space about 4 times...1 try & 3 dropped balls.

Fair assessment. Has plenty of talent but defensively and handling wise is not NRL quality yet.

His reading in defence as others have mentioned is not good. Gets dragged in way to often.

If Moylan is back this week.

Dugan back to centre and Xerri on the wing.

Thought this was a Stake thread.

Not a chance.

The NRL love a feel good rise to stardom story and I still think it's not outside the realms of possibility if we see key players and standbys get injured. the frothing at the mouths of the commentators add to this theory. Not like it hasn't happened previously either.

I think Dugan will go back to wing. He might not like it but tough cookies. Hopefully he'll help Xerri on his defensive reads too. Atleast cover any short comings.

If they keep losing centres through injury,NSW may have to resort to bringing in Pomeroy wherever he may reside.

Personally, I hope Duges goes back to centre and Xerri or whoever out on the wing. Duges is the better defender and will sort the confusion out on that side between Kyle, Nikora and Xerri. Much like Mozz does on the opposite side.
