We don't need to panic buy because of a short term injury IMO. Sakho will be back and we have lovren and Matip as first choice. Lucas can fill in until Sakho at he very least comes back.

Subotic? Mate why would he come to us, on a permanent basis to be in competition for a starting place when he has clubs clambering to sign him as a starter? Makes little sense from his perspective, especially at age 27. Add in why would Fenway Sports wants to pay him starter money to be a rotation/backup player?

Furthermore ESPN FC are reporting Middlesborough have reached a deal with Borussia Dortmund to sign him for 8 million pound sterling on a 3 year deal.

How do you know it cost LFC $0? Few loans are for $0, in fact whilst you may not have to pay an ongoing fee for the player's services, you are often having to pay at least part of the loaned players wages.

Stop being pedantic we're talking about transfers, he cost us zero dollars in transfer fees. If you cant point to a source that says we paid for a loan then its assumed there was no fee.

Yeah we mightve paid wages but i doubt it was 100% and even if it was, 5 months of 100% of his wage is still cheaper than buying anyone

I think Grujic is our DM, and he is the perfect mould to be a beast.

We don't need to go and sign Subotic just because Gomez - a back-up player - is out for a few weeks. If we sign another centre back, we suddenly have five on our roster, which is too many, and one of the whole aims of this transfer window is trying to cut the squad down.

If we sign Chilwell, he will seriously challenge Moreno, at the very least. They want Chilwell because they think he's the right solution, not only for the future but also for the present.

Liverpool have been looking around for a right back but we may not get one this window. Klopp doesn't rate Clyne all that well. I'm surprised how many fans lavish praise on the guy.

As for a genuine RW, that would be nice, but won't happen this window.
