She wont be a happy camper now that max has been told he can look elsewhere
I'm just wondering what other club would sign Max Feagai? He hasn't had that much first grade experience at all and if he looks to go over to Super League in the UK, it would be a task and a half as he and his wife have a baby to care for and with Maddi being considered by Sowie to become the best prop in the world, she would be in demand here in the NRLW comp.

I guess we will have to wait and see?

I could see an existing club with an NRLW team try to get Maddi and sign up Max as a sweetner, there is opportunity now to play with 2 salary caps for players who have partners, give less to one and more to the other partner and could possibly save money from one cap and use to purchase another player..
So in theory Max could go to say the Tigers, instead of paying him $250k Tigers might say we will give you $150k and give that other $100k on top of Maddi's contract so she might go from $50k to $150k.

Yes Sowie is at it again talking his team up. "potential for best prop in the world"
he said last year we had the best hooker and fullback in the world + the best kicking half (who we all lost to another club) and still did not cause a yelp in the semis :)
Cmon Sowie a bit of humiulity until you have won something

This tends to always happen doesn't it justa. Get all the best players at whatever cost to win a trophy. The Roosters are big and fast. Hard to beat when you have better players. 24 nil with a kick for conversion and 8 minutes to go. That's the ball game well and truly and we come back to earth with a big thud.

No gender difference for the Dragons. Dumb decision making. Our fullback in the women's was defending on her line against a rampaging Rooster - should have been closer to the defensive line. Once again we don't have the resources to compete with other clubs.

We probably had the biggest turnover in the nrlw, its going to be years before things settle down, if you throw 3-4 teams in every year.
I am not convinced the turnover might be more than just offers but the coach. Not saying he is not good for a young team teaching basics etc but he is still green and the fact we lost a lot of the senior experienced players that may of left looking for that next level coaching and better squad around them
People calling for Sowie to be hooks assistant a while ago. I have not seen anything yet that he is NRL ready except undoubtedly his passion which is a positive

yep I agree, I also dont think they liked his aggressive nature, as Berry said , some could take it and others couldnt. Either way Sowie is going to have a long season. I would have liked to have sowie mentor our young halves but not be AC.

Roosters started on fire, scored 2 try's and dominated us, we gave away too many stupid penalties on 4th tackle, we got into the game in the 2nd part of the 1st half but couldnt convert our opportunities..
2nd half came and roosters making way too much meters their bigger girls rolled through us in the middle, all the defence we did told on the latter part of the game, they broke us with that 3rd try which was forward the rooster number 6 when she passes right to left they all go forward.
Sophie Clancy #14 for us was impressive at hooker, as well as #12 Lendill was good as well.
We are probably short 2 bigger girls in the forwards, just to give us some better go forward and a 1 or 2 fast backs, Tayla Nathan Wong needs to run and take on the defence more..
