PLEASE EDIT YOUR SIDES TO BE WITHOUT MICHAEL WITT AS HE IS NOW COMFIRMED AS A SEA EAGLE

Who do you think they will use in the 1st 17 for 2005. This should be interesting considering parra have 3 or 4 hookers.

1.Wade McKinnon
2.Timana Tahu
3.Luke Burt (GK #3)
4.Matthew Peterson
5.Eric Grothe Jnr
6.John Morris
7.PJ Marsh
8.Nathan Cayless
9.Mark Riddell (GK #1)
10.Michael Vella
11.Nathan Hindmarsh (c)
12.Glenn Morrison(GK #4)
13.Danial Wagon

14.Tim Smith
15.Henry Perenara
16.Chad Robinson
17.Dean Widders

Extra Men
18. Paul Stringer
19. Luke O’Dwye
20. Ashley Graham
21. Ian Henderson
22. Feleti Mateo
23. Marcus Perenara
24. Tim Smith

As i have pointed out, Parramatta will have a number of established goal kickers which may help. I also think Hindmarsh should be made captain as he lasts the entire 80 and is now a lifetime member with the club. I have nothing against cayless but i belive hindmarsh is a born leader.

What is your side?[/b]

Hopefully somebody can develop to take that role. I hope Davis isn't another Langi or Kataverata

there's nothing wrong with Davis being another Langi or Kata!! it just means that at the age of 18 he can handle first grade but has alot of development left in him.

In all honesty you don't want to compare Davis to those blokes!!

1. Wade McKinnon - goes without saying really!
2. Matt Peterson - beats out Burt for the position
3. Joshua Davis - this is a bit of a random selection, but the kid has plenty of size and speed and showed that he knows how to get across the line in for the junior kiwis! If he's just no good then Ben Smith or maybe Wags for this spot
4. Timana Tahu
5. Eric Grothe Jr
6. John Morris
7. Michael Witt - tough position to predict! If he's around next year I'm guessing he gets the spot - otherwise it might be PJ Marsh starting here?
8. Paul Stringer - big veteran prop who has been brought in to start
9. Mark Riddell
10. Michael Vella - controversial! But he will be a great complement to a couple of bigger forwards - will follow Stringer's lead well and should capatilise on some of his good games from this year and find some consistency!
11. Nathan Hindmarsh
12. Nathan Cayless
13. Glenn Morrison

14. Dean Widders
15. PJ Marsh - a weapon off the bench and starting here allows him time to find his feet again after a long lay off!
16. Chad Robinson - no nonsense campaigner who will add starch
17. Aaron Cannings - on big bucks and his size and mobility make him a fearsome runner of the ball. MUST work on security but gives us a rampaging force from the bench!

The players I hope we see for the bulk of our campaign
1. McKinnon
2. Peterson
3. Tahu
4. Ben Smith? - Not really sure but from his brief appearance it appears he could be the goods.
5. Grothe - Please stay fit the whole year [-o<
6. Morris
7. Tim Smith - I don't know if he's the answer or not but we need to find out and have some consistency in the halves
8. Cayless
9. Ridell
10. Vella - Needs to return to form though because surely their are plenty of alternatives knocking on the door
11. Hindy - Nuff said
12. Morrison
13. Wagon

14. PJ Marsh
15. Robinson
16. Cannings
17. Widders.

Coach: John Cartwright ;-) - Ok definately not going to happen but I still think this is the change that really needs to be made to put this team right back in the mix.

Yeh, I quite like ute's team too but maybe too early for a few of them..

1. McKinnon - Defence at the back important
2. Peterson - He's a proven finisher
3. Tahu - International
4. Burt - On the proviso that he has a big off season. Bulks up a little and works very hard on his defense. Otherwise Graham.
5. Grothe - Given if fit but also needs to improve defensively and under the bomb
6. Perenara / 7. Marsh - If Perenara lives up to the wraps
6. Marsh / 7. Smith - If Smith outguns Perenara
8. Robinson - Quality consistent prop
9. Riddell - Awesom spark
10. Tsoulos - I just have a feeling he is really going to come of age next year
11. Hindmarsh - Of course
12. Cayless - I think he has more skill than size so is better in back row
13. Morrison - Adds more than Wagon

14. Morris - Great utility and offers versatility off the bench and additional playmaking options
15. Widders - Just about the best interchange player in competition
16. Vella - Will be good off the bench
17. Canning - Drops too many balls for my liking to start, I see him more as impact player off the bench to do the type of damage that Pritchard does 20 mins in.

Mckinnon- He is the man
Peterson- He has improved his game and cut out those Luke Burt errors
B Smith or Davis- The N>Z people say Davis is good
Tahu-Gooooooood
Grothe- Orgasmic
Moriss- He is too good to have out of the team/ Marcus P have not seen him play.
Tim Smith- Im laying my rep on the line for this Kid I reckon he is good.
Cannings-Makes the yards early on
Riddell-Tough
Cayless- Inspirational
Morrison- What Hindmarsh needs.
Hindmarsh- Not God but not Human either must be an alien.
Wagon- He is in there cause Uncy Brian loves tootooms

PJ- The Ultimate replacement for Riddell it will be relentless.
MATEO- Our Version of Solomona/Dymock and J Smith
VELLA- He is a cat but goes well of the bench
ROBINSON/TSOULOS/STRINGER- Thats some real depth here.

Their has been some great feedback about that kiwi Davis, i'm wiling to bet he is blooded early on, anyone who can excell against the junior Roo's has obvioulsy got talent.
