Congratulations Jarryd. You've been a monumental joy to watch this year.

Out of curiosity who was the first?

With the bulldogs wankathon that was going on tonight, im surprised that Kimmorley didnt poll votes in the last round.

Idris has gone missing since round 10

Go Jarryd you good thing, he said he feels like crying, well i don't mind admitting tears are welling up in my eyes.

I did shed a few tears Daneel, he was so gracious and emotional. I really do believe he is a changed young man. Well done Jarryd.:D

Honestly out of the 4 nominated Idris probably had the poorest year, Dugan and Croker are absolute guns as well. But fat tits has cool hair.

If playing the whole season is the only criteria then why not have a separate award for that? FMD

Choc looks like he's on a winner. She would have cost a few grand for the night I expect.

In regard to the Rookie of the Year award - Dugan or Mortimer for mine however I'm sort of glad that the award has passed young Daniel by. What with his surname to live up to, in the eyes of the media at least, he doesn't need another title hanging around his head just yet. Given the scrutiny that the past winners have felt I reckon it may just be the best thing to happen for him.
