Reading this Fulton comments, and in response to them I say, absolutely he knows off the salary cap rorting at Manly. He resigns last year so they can’t catch him and then he plays the victim card, he can’t be touched because he’s an immortal. He and the COO at Manly were the two main men at Manly rorting the salary cap third party deals. At Manly he had all of his three kids employed as well. Can’t stand that club at all.
