Thats sauce is liquid gold. Not going anywhere

ever wonder why the Mediterranean Descendants didn't sell it. Everyone always says how good it is....image the potential.

200 bottles would roughly cost $1.50 each to make depending on the price of tomatoes and how many were from your own yard. In our case we had about 100 plants.

Sell it at $5 in the typical long neck which was roughly 750ml. Thats $700 profit. Do it every week for a year and thats a profit of $36,400. Double the produaction and thats $72K.

What a business!!!!! and cash.....

Yeah, but it is not a one man job, and thus if three people do it it would be 24k each.
I guess if you did it on weekends and maintained your fulltime job it would be ok.

I think that can be done wih 3 people.
Need 4-5 massive drums to boil them.
You could be onto something here...all you need now is a buyer.
Coles...Woolworths...Aldi....Franklins

If our street are a test group for sampling then its a clear winner.

Aldi would be the best bet.

Yeah, start small with the Aldis of this world and then move into the Coles/Woolworths.
I am sort of suprised this has not been done. If i was a consumer of sauce (purchasing kind) and i had a choice between the Legos variety and 'liquid gold" i know which i would choose.

100% with you their Mr Saab.

Now all we need is to hire about a dozen mamas and start production. Mrs Salvatore has a huge garage in Five Dock and I'm sure we can get that rent free.
