They can’t start demolition until they sign a builder. It will be February at the earliest.

There are works going on at the moment, the relocation of the sewer line that runs under the western stand.

Apparently, Sydney water needs to complete that before demolition/construction can begin.

The only work done seems to be digging up the sewer pipes
