A few thoughts:

1) They have conceded the restraint is reasonable and now further endorsed it;

2) Agreeing to pay our costs is a capitulation - not a settlement;

3) Parramatta now control his rights outright - come and get it! If we can't get a player for him this year or next year then he is worthless to us as a trading chip in 2028 anyway.

4) The NRL must have had something very big to hide!

It's far from over IMO - "without written consent" is the key wording here. Storm and Parra will come to an agreement at some point - but running through this in court wouldn't be in the best interest of anyone particularly with both teams kicking off their seasons in 2 days.
