    The likely reason is that he was selected in Under 20's NSW team and Mary and his cronies didn't want to look stupid by not offering a contract. If it was me I would take the offer elsewhere as at least they had shown an interest and had some forward thinking.

    Well it definitely wont be the dragons. He has been told he does not fit into their future direction. Re souths - Inglis will play centre from now on, walker will be 5/8 next year with no Keary so with only Johnston yes he maybe on the radar of Souths to have backup.

    I have never said dufty should be in 1st grade but he should have got a chance in cutters by now so we could actually see what he can and cant handle at the moment. I have been watching these young players for over ten years and seen their development. They all have undoubted ability I just hope the dragons...

    The recruitment and coaching staff at dragons have no idea. Why not give the Dufty a chance in cutters and see if he can handle it. Its not as if he has not been playing well in 20's - over 40 tries in two and half seasons , NSW U18 rep etc. But what the hell instead lets get another reggie...
