See my comment in the warriors thread. Last year is going to be a distant memory for knights after this one.

Same with cowboys but for a far more positive reason.

The best thing about this contest is the perfect balance of bogan in both fanbases.
Both sets of fans support their club through thick and thin and the game would be poorer without either.
Hope it's a very entertaining game.

Home ground and weather should get the Cows up. It won't be a blowout again but they will be too strong, especially up front.

Knights will be 0/4 I reckon and curtains before they even get off the starting blocks.

Potentially. To be honest I had them likely 1/4 at best to start the year given the draw and how bad we typically go travelling to NQ and NZ.

We were terrible last week but tbh most teams were so a bit hard to gage. The one thing in the Knights favour is 90% of their issues last week are quickly fixable and time will help. Cant see them winning this week or next any way I look at it, but they could jag some wins after this period if they fix up their errors and don’t try and score of every single set. Whether they will is another question - could easily see them improving or getting the spoon (which is always an ongoing expectation for Knights fans).

Waiting patiently for the first Feldt milked penalty that a half decent ref should not fall for….
