Afghanistan in the West Indies June 2017

Probably a nothing series for most of us but the Afghans are giving it to the West Indies and the ODI series is getting very interesting.

West Indies cleaned up the Afghans 3-0 in the t20 series, however

Afghanistan have beaten them in the first of 3 ODIs by 63 runs (defending 212)
Would be a huge effort if they get up in one of the remaining two ODIs and win the series. Hopefully they can play more consistently at this level and against most of the top tier nations

2nd ODI on tomorrow night

Mixed feelings from me. Stoked for Afghanistan but crushed for the West Indies and the state of cricket there.

looks like a good win to the WI in the 2nd ODI, other than 3-4 players the side looks unrecognisable

Rashid bowled very well again 3/26 off his 10, player of the series easily id say

Looks like WI may struggle for world cup qualification as well
