You're not helping and you're not making sense. If he has a point it is that Wests Tigers administration has turned the corner with regard to player recruitment, Souths have yet to get there. Whether that is due to poor administration or the lack of quality players prepared to play at Souths, or both, is your problem.

But it does come down to results, 2004 can't come quickly enough.

That is the exactly the point - results in 2004 are the ONLY measure that will determine any level of respect. As to player recruitment, well that is certainly debatable.
