That's the great thing about a theme as complex as GoT. So many different layers to the story, so many factions and characters, very few purely good or purely evil. It means a mod can go in a hundred different directions in creating a mafia game. Part of the fun will be figuring out the nature of the game.

The original plan for this game was the battle of the 5 kings. So we could have groups all over the place. But Joff being dead it seems later in the game.
But possiable factions still

Lannister etc
North aligned
Greyjoy
Dorne
Tarras
Stannis
Wildlings
list could be very long

I ultimately opted to go with the present point in the show. War of the Five Kings would require upwards of 40 players to really do right.
