Kieran Foran Officially Signs With Warriors 1 Year

If Luke gets in shape ill worry about the Warriors until they are just taking the piss.

Luke was in shape in the back end of 2016. It was a combination of our other forwards that didn't fire, A Half-Back that only shows up once in awhile and an inept coach who some don't respect. All the Kiwis respect Stephen Kearney so I think we will do a bit better than 2016 surely.

Tick tock, the December deadline is fast approaching in foran's contract for him to be cleared by the integrity unit.

This ain't going to happen given its taken the unit over 2 months and counting to investigate 3 letters on Fifita's arm. There's no way they are going to untangle the Hayson mess that quickly. Especially if there are developments in the match fixing accusations with O'Sullivan getting canned.

But maybe both parties will be happy to sign a new one together and cross their fingers?

Doyle has already debunked that and said he will stick with it as long as they can.

Fair enough.

I doubt they will ever obtain enough evidence to mount a match-fixing case, so I'm sure he will be registered eventually.

But in my view you can add up all the circumstances regarding the alleged thrown matches by Manly and the betting activity between Foran and Hayson and come up with a very good reason not to like the whole scenario.

Foran has never had a bet on RL ever. Only thing he bets on is horses. I think if the 24 best detectives that are reportedly working on this case have not joined any dots suggests to me they are really wasting money time resources on this whole thing. I mean betting on games to win is ludicrous in itself. If they wanted to be dodgy it would of been the other way around (To lose a game) Foran should be left alone I dont really care for Hayson you can do whatever you want with that merkin lol

IF any RL player was involved in fixing its extremely unlikely they would of tried to fix the final result. They fix small things like how the first points will be scored or things like that one player can manipulate without drawing to much suspicion. Trying to get one player to throw a game of rugby league is ridiculous, criminals are smarter than that.

How do you know that?

Well, anyway they are looking into 2015 manly games. He is or was close mates with 2016 manly players. Make no mistake, I am saying that it probably did happen and I reckon he was involved but you'd need a squealer to prove it.

I agree it takes more than one player to throw a match and I reckon more than one player was involved.

this tin foil hat fits great.

Nah it wouldn't add up though. First of all if he managed to convince other players to risk their careers over a small amount of money split several ways well then you would believe in anything lol

Come on think about it for a second. He would have to ask several players to risk their careers, reputations and full time bans over measly amount of cash. You do know the bets that allegedly placed and the potential winnings right? Trust me if they were masterminds they wouldn't go through all that planning and risk for such a little reward.

Foran also came out via interview on record that he has never bet in Rugby League and loves to punt on the horses only.

So looking at the 3 games they are investigating, what bets could have they have made? Did you see anything out of the ordinary with these games that stick out like mud?

The 2nd try in the link. Some have argued a few of the efforts in try 1 and 3. But at the time, I argued your point, that its too hard to tell with those and a few would have to be in on it.

Might not have been a big plunge on games as it would have tipped off the regulators, maybe a gradual thing or black market betting. Im just speculating with the tin foil hat here.

Jesus that is a real stretch of the betting agencies imagination. There's absolutely no substance to suggest fixing there at all. And to think Foran has the power/influence to convince several others to be involved will be too risky for even the shadiest criminal to endeavor on. If I was a criminal mastermind I would tap the under 20s. That competition flip flops with teams winning losing scoring all the time plus the mentality of these young kids would be more easier to influence than say an established veteran player/players in 1st grade.

Well Koro gave away 2 crucial points doing the same thing. They must be jealous of Chad's hair and want a souvenir.

Key players could singlehandedly manipulate the negative outcome of a game . . . if Kasiano wanted to he could mastermind a Dogs' loss and the fat prick only plays for 20 minutes

Surely if the Roosters and the NRL have de-registered O'Sullivan indefinitely for his association with Heyson and the exchange of money between the pair, then they cannot just rubber stamp Foran's return? If Heyson is considered persona non grata at TAB's and and casinos and by the NRL at large, having that same bloke shuffling money in to your TAB account and calling him your BFF is surely not something the NRL are going to overlook in Foran's case and give the green light to???

Come on Greenburg - let's see if you can't f**k this one up....

Good point, though given the NRL 'doesn't take precedents into account" that muppet Greenberg will pull something off.

I think it all depends on Foran, if he plays well you's will make the 8.
