At 34 i would guess Heighno. He will be 35 next season and I can't see another NRL team giving him a deal

Tom Symonds has been talked about as a possible mid-season transfer, with us (amongst others) as possible candidates...

MAybe it's old news... It just got thrown up again... (nospam9)

If it's DFi we'll definitely need a couple more props next year, unless we have any younger ones that can step up?

its david fifita

Good. Nuffie.

Heino is an England international , so would not be counted as an overseas player so attractive for him and a Super League team. But has a young family and loves a surf , so see him staying here. Heard he is doing a business management course at TAFE.

D Fifita was playing park football in France when we got him. Probably end up back there.

I thought David went well in good company in the Indigenous game.

Has he been given a chance since then?

I'd like to see him on the bench for a game or 2 over the SOO period.

Wrong thread and off topic but Addo Carr makes Feki look average. Really should of held onto him.

If Addo Carr was still here, he would be a fair way down pecking order, its good to see though we have depth in that basically a guy who would have struggled to be in NSW cup all year makes 1sts elsewhere

He might develop into a top-notch player but atm, I think speed is just about his only attribute worth speaking about in terms of first grade.

He'll get better though.

He will go great at the storm next year.

Going on yesterday's game only he would replace korivete. Will need to put on about 5 more kilos, he is about 10 heavier than last season. See how he goes against better attack, when he comes in off the wing every play.

Good on him for going after an opportunity. Both he and Scott have now play nrl which they wouldn't have done at the Sharks this season.

Addo Carr is absolute shit.

Wont play consistent top level football. Cant tackle. Would struggle to read a paper let alone a solid attack.
Awful player.

Going by a post on A Fifita's Instagram it looks like D Fifita is gone which is a shame. Very light on in the props now.

I really don't understand this from both the Sharks perspective and David Fafita's prospective.

We are not blessed with great depth at prop.

So why release him?

And why David Fafita would want to leave mid season when he may very well feature for the Sharks if an injury occurs in a year that they could take out the big one.

Sharks must have another player lined up to take his place for sure.
