I agree. Wait until next year. Extend the old boys by another year if they are keen to go around again. A 35 year old Gallen is better than a 25 year old Sironen/Sue/K Sims.

That would mean the coaching staff would have to develop a player. To hard basket.

Sharks did develop Frizz, Peach and Lichaa. All first graders at other clubs.
Nu is in the squad and he has come through our grades.
With the success of the young fellas in recent years you may see some more come through the ranks.
