nothing wrong with jackson
Offers nothing in attack. If only Shaun Lane stayed at the dogs, he would have been on his way.
shaun lane probably wouldn't even make newcastle's side this season
Backline come 2019;
(In fact id probably have it as early as next year)
Only certainties I reckon are Teddy, Bird and Moylan
5. Turbo Tom
Halves are a tough one, really have no f**king clue how we'll be going there in a few years
Cleary will be in his 4th season of First Grade in 2019 and could be an option.
Ahh yeah forgot about him, definitely an option also
Both of these guys are right side centres, how would that work? Also Dugan sucks at centre.
definately an edge forward. bit worried about him wanting to kick ahead. leave that to asiata and dave taylor. big men with halfback skills.
Hope Corey enjoys his off season
he was down on form at the end of the year but at his best I would have chosen him over every winger that's in the team atm.
He'll be back for origin next year.
Still sure on that one?
Moses will definitely play origin, when no idea. For his sake it helps he is so hyped up by the media too lol
Next season is a big one for Moses. His improvement in the second half of 2017 was fantastic. In games against the Eels, Cowboys and Warriors he stood up when it mattered and won his team the game.
There are still a number of things he needs to improve, particularly his defence, however the signs are promising. He definitely has the makings of a top line play maker. For the Tigers sake I hope that comes next year.
So you would have Oates Inglis Chambers and Holmes across the tjreequarters?
Tautau Moga, first steps in 2 hours from now.
I assume everyone is overreacting to round 1 performances and changing their team?
Why is there a discussion about Qld selections going on in this thread?
Bugger it off elsewhere
I am beginning to wonder now if leaving Slater out of game one was a planned masterstroke. Gave NSW the game, built arrogance, put a rocket up the Qld forwards. Then bring him back fresh with young forwards rejuvenating the side not only for 2017 but beyond. It was like we could give you a game headstart and still run you down.
As a QLDER I think Pearce should be there for the next 5 years AT LEAST .
Give the man a chance to shine
He's grown up now ..a mature player .
So lock myth in till 2023
