The Eagles for me by a long way.
The wife and myself went to the Don Henley concert a few months ago, love their music.
A few songs for Mary -
The long run;
Wasted time;
Lyin' eyes;
Hole in the world;
Walk away;
Heartache tonight;
I can't tell you why;
Already gone;
No more cloudy days;
Desperado.
I never liked ACDC.

AC/DC back in black album is 2nd highest selling album of all time. Still an urban myth that Bon Scott wrote most of the lyrics and not Brian Johnson - never liked his ‘singing ‘ style.

in the spirit of sharing good music from underrated bands..

birds of tokyo - whilst they have made mainstream success now, their earlier stuff is easily the best.. one of theirs from when they were still an unknown band playing small bandrooms:

and a perth band called heavy weight champ (now defunct..) did a great song collaborating with the singers of the butterfly effect and karnivool... good track..

enjoy..

If ever there was a band punching above their weight..

Ok I’m going to stick my head out here and say that the proclaimers are arguably underrated.

In Australia anyway - we treat them like a bit of a joke pop band.

But they’re an institution in Scotland.

Sunshine on Leith was adopted by hibs. Not quite you’ll never walk alone - but close.

Where do I start?

In no particular order:

1. INXS
2. Jimmy Barnes
3. Powderfinger
4. any self proclaimed ‘judge’ on egregious music themed shows such as The Voice - examples include Delta Goodrem and Guy Sebastian,
5. Guns N’ Roses who blatantly ripped of Australian Crawl,
6, Red Hot Chili Peppers,
