Keep it completely team independent of course - just top up England players if they play in Super League. Help keep talent at home.

I don't want them to stay home,go to the NRL and test themselves!

I don't want our best talent to stay here,i want them to test themselves down under,even if its just for 2-3 years,go..come back...whatever..

Also we've missed the boat on not becoming a NRL feeder league by not using the marqee player rule as described..it was sold to the RFL on clubs being able to bring over the likes of cooper cronk,GI maybe bring sam home....we got tomkins instead of burgess and frank pritchard..
