Our Spine in their first year together ( and including a rookie in Dufty ) managed a string of very impressive performances this year that only went off the boil when injuries and under-performing ( overworked ) forwards took their toll. Add a skillful new centre in Lomax and a couple of speedy wingers and 2019 could be anything for us. We don't need to change our spine at all, rather let them gel some more and hopefully improve even more. We don't need Johnson unless he wants to play fullback which I very much doubt he does.

Johnson is brilliant one game and then goes missing for three. There was a game late in the season which the Warriors had to win and he ran ONCE! Can make sides look silly when he is on but often looks disinterested. We already have one or two of those players. And remember the Warriors are happy to have him move on

Johnson will most likely sign a 1 year deal with the sharks where he knows he can work with their current half, then move to the roosters in 2020 to replace the retiring Cronk.
