No-one should be fooled. The reason for Noad's secondment is to protect the extended family of News Limited and to protect his master's investment.
Just like Peter McCort was sent by News to Sharks International. Why Biscuits Frank Stanton is sent to the Storm with mop and spew bucket in hand.
If Noad was serious about changing the Bulldog's culture then it doesnt show in this backflip with pike.
Learn the lessons from St Kilda and the AFL.
When it comes to poor behavior, you may own 70% of the media in this country, but lies run sprints, and the truth runs marathons.
Long Live Roy Masters, Long Live Marion Wilkinson, Long Live J Magnay and the girls who broke the Oasis story.
Death to News Limited and all its running dogs....Noad the Soft Jode has started his shift making all the wrong noises.

New Bulldogs chief executive Malcolm Noad today initiated talks with NSW police Deputy Commissioner David Madden following allegation that a Canterbury player used recreational drugs, as investigations continue into pack rape claims.
Noad said the police would not reveal the player's identity but had referred the matter to the local area command for investigation.
"I was informed by Deputy Commissioner Madden that there was no indication that any player was dealing in drugs and that the alleged drug referred to in last night's media reports was a recreational one," Noad said.
But Noad agreed that a police investigation of a Bulldog's player was a concern.
