Why are Samoa not playing Tonga today? Surely we should be building that rivallary every year? England should have played png in port moresby and Fiji play Cook Islands in Fiji.

I know it's so Australian tv can have some content today and filming it in Sydney is easiest but it doesn't do much for growing the game?

Maybe Samoa want to play someone other than Tonga every year? Hardly helps them improve as a team playing only one other team every year, and a worse one at that.

The only downside of today is it being a triple header.
