When he signed with us it was reported Parra offered around $80k and we offered the $160k mark. No way is it $250k.

hasler signed him as a backrower - he is work in progress and at 20 yrs of age he still could be very devastating

it was 450 k over 3 years

..and your sauce is?

He could be on $10,000 for all we know.

What I can agree on is that he has been disappointing this season. For a man of his size and potential power, he should be making more of an impact when hitting the line. Yes, he has four or five defenders coming along for the ride occasionally, but it isn't enough.

I can only hope he can learn from a more seasoned winger like Robbo on how to position and contest.

you guys obviously havnt watched steve michaels play all year? definitely the worst player ive ever seen..waiting for a half decent game from him..cant pass, cant tackle, cant run, cant do crap..

tony williams is a pure example of what happens when you put a flippin forward on the wing..bunch of dumb idiots at manly persist with putting him on the wing

Or rather it's because of injury to Stewart and one of Lyon, D. Williams, Matai, Bailey etc. missing out. At full strength, even with Stewart still out, he'd be on the bench/playing for the Sunshine Coast.

He's supremely talented, has similar skills to Mateo in many ways. Sadly, he's also supremely lazy, a terrible trainer and just generally has an atrocious attitude. Could be anything, but will likely fade away unless he gets a heart transplant

In all fairness to Michaels he did suffer one of the worst knee injuries you could possibly imagine. Henjack rushed him back in far too early and hasn't addressed the issue appropriately which as a fan is incredibly disheartening.

William's is about as inconsistent as they come and injury certainly hasn't helped matters. I have little doubt that Hasler can't make something out of him though.

He's still pretty crap, but that was one of the all-time great barnstorming tries on the weekend. Even Vatuvei has never scored one that good!

Best game he's had for Manly and it looks like he's getting a bit of confidence. He'll be pushing Blunderboy for a wing spot if he keeps improving but he's still a worry in defence.
