Jose Bosingwa(Porto)is all but signed for Chelsea.
Think he has to have a medical only and then its all official.
Dont think he'd be cheap either.Heard 31 million mentioned but dont know if its AUD,Euros or GBP.
Good signing for Chelsea because fullback is one area they needed to upgrade.

its been confirmed, he's already signed for Chelski

Gee that was done quick.Only seemed like yesterday Liverpool had an interest in him and now the deals complete with Chelsea.
Got a feeling there'll be some quick deals done this year.

Word has it he chose Chelsea over Man U because Chel$ki offered him substantially beter pay.

And things are Messi for Reading. Nick Shorey looks set for a move to Newcastle or Bolton. Hunt and Doyle are being targetted by Roy Keane. Leroy Lita may find himself playing for Rangers and Marcus Hahnemann said he's keen on returning to the US playing in the MLS.

REDS SNUB TORRES BID - REPORT
Spanish reports claim that Liverpool have rejected a huge bid from Chelsea for Fernando Torres.

Radio Marca report that Roman Abramovich lodged a cheeky 50million euros (£40million) offer for Torres - who has shone in his debut season in England.

Liverpool are believed to have rejected the offer out of hand and did not discuss any possible deal as they have no intention whatsoever of selling the Spanish striker.

It is also claimed that Avram Grant tried to use his friendship with Liverpool's Yossi Benayoun to make Chelsea's admiration known to Torres.

However, Torres - who is readying himself to play a pivotal role for Spain at Euro 2008 - is more than happy with life at Anfield and has no intentions of quitting less than 12 months into his Liverpool career.

Wouldn't this be absolutely spastic to say the least!

Barca are interested in swapping Eto'o for Trezuget. They also seem keen on David Villa, along with Real Madrid.

Spurs have also apparently made a formal offer for Morten Gamst Pedersen. Would be a good signing for the Toots. They need a naturally left-sided player. Brilliant dead ball player too.

Luis Fabiano

Sevilla should definitely cash in on him this summer. He's been generally underwhelming during his time in Europe, and I wouldn't want to take the risk of this season being a one-off. If they can farm him off for ten million pounds plus they'll be laughing.

A few more tidbits...
  • Hull are set to sign Christian Vieri if they win promotion
  • Petr Cech is being courted by both AC Milan and Bayern Munich
  • Man U will have £50mil to spend over the summer to target those already mentioned, plus Dani Alves and Ezequial Garay
  • Sevilla are unwilling to let Luis Fabiano go to Man U for anything less than £46.8mil, as is stipulated in his contract
  • Mickael Silvestre will join Louis Saha in exiting Old Trafford
  • Man U are set to beat Chelsea and Liverpool to sign Cardiff's Aaron Ramsey
  • Crystal Palace's John Bostock is on the verge of joining Tottenham
  • West Ham will offload Louis Boa Morte, Freddie Ljungberg, Lucas Neill and Bobby Zamora in the summer. Once they're gone they'll make a bid for Reading's Nicky Shorey.

Alves must have the best agent of all time.
Every year he's linked with about 10 clubs.
