Mark Noble just got a straight red for a tackle that wasn't even worthy of a yellow. 10 v 10 for Liverpool now.

Also lol @ Chelsea. The equalizer and then a minute later Palace scores again. They really have looked woeful. It's like all their players that won the league can't be bothered this season.

And in other news, Stoke down to 9 men at home against WBA.

Well deserved from Palace. Too good on the break.

Azpi to RB and Baba in and we'll be sweet.

A CM to partner Matic would be nice though

Different season and same old BR/LFC shit.

Serious question, would anyone here expect their manager to select a CB pairing of Skrtel and Lovren consistently and expect sound solid defending. The fact Skrtel got a contract extension just boggles my mind.

We also have a game plan of give it to Couts and if that doesn't work we are stuffed. We buy a £32m target man and supply the least crosses into the box in the PL. how can our manager not see the problems in our team.

We dominated Benteke in the FA cup final. He is good at what he does but he is not good enough for a team that wants to be a contender.

Which is why we need an upgrade on Giroud.

Benteke could be good enough, big and strong, good in the air, has a lovely touch and control. He's showed that with very limited chances with us so far. But what can he do when we try to play through the middle of sides instead of getting crosses into him from wide.

Teams overload the centre of defence and midfield against us and we are so tactically inept that BR doesn't tell them to switch to plan B and attack from wide positions. Instead we just give it Couts to do something.

Lol United. 2-1 to Swansea. And it wasn't luck, Swansea outplayed them.

Smalling to blame for the first goal, Valdes and Smalling combined for the 2nd goal.

Schweinsteiger should be a supersub. He is not a 90 minute player in the premier league.

Rooney is not good enough as a striker.

Romero cannot be a better option than Valdes.

LVG spends hundreds of millions of pounds and he still only has Fellaini as a sub to chase a goal. Madness.

Swansea are a really well drilled team. Gary Monk has done a wonderful job since taking over IMO. How good was the Ayew ball to Gomis for the second goal tho BM. Shocking keeping to let the ball trickle under his legs from Romero tho.

Honestly don't get the wraps on Ander Herrera at this point in time as well. United needed to do more than just lob it up and hope felaini does something at the end as well.

Rooney could've equalised but decided to try and go to ground to win a penalty. Replay looked to show Williams commuted no foulas well. Was shocked Rooney didn't shoot earlier instead of taking the easy option.

Can't really see anyone beating out Man City for the title this season. Sterling was an astute signing and I'm sure De Bruyne will be too. They have the talent now to break down defenses who park the bus, last season they struggled to and it cost them crucial points. The only worry is the lack of depth at striker, there isn't much behind Aguero besides Bony who hasn't proven much yet in his limited time at City.

Way too early to be declaring the champions I think but city are on fire. Silva and a Yaya Toure that looks interested are the key for me. Silva is in the top 3 players in the PL IMO.

Sterling showed in 2013 that with quality around him he can be very good. I think if city can remain rock solid at the back then there always a massive chance.

They look hungry and will take some beating. Long season though.

Injuries will hurt them, but if they can stay fit they'll survive any blip. They have always had the best squad in the League.

Valdes shining a lazer from thr crowd? Only way i can figure he was at fault for the 2nd goal:p

United has lost the plot. Signing a French teenage striker for 40 million pounds who has 13 goals in 64 games. And that's in ligue 1. What's he going to do against premier league defenses.

Martial is very highly thought of with Barca also sniffing around him. If MU did indeed pay what you have stated then it's a shitload for potential.

I just read a report that said they offered a total of €80m including €20m in add ons.

Martial was linked with Arsenal for a while hence the losing the plot reference. With FFP dead in the water the prices have been inflated again.

Petr Cech still the only signing the Gooners have made?
