I think you would find he is leaving this year. It's better for players to ask for a release instead of the club moving him on. This allows the club to free as much money as possible.

if they need to let him go to get under the cap, then i can understand letting him go, but if they are already under the cap then he should be kept. it's not like he's on that much money. if they do let him go, they shouldn't pay for a part of his wage. that should never happen

even for 1yr its best to keep dw if it was mcqueen just let him go mcqueen is not an xfactor player like dw and never will be
Agree completely.
i can never see clarky moving on thats ok he is a bench player only
That's right. He's handy off the bench and gives his all.
i saw grant training his heart out like never before id expect bigger things from grant next season.
Grant could be leaving!
i saw cook at training doing drills along side mcinnes he made mcinnes look like a stop sign
Thanks for this. I bet you saw McInnes was slow. Blind Freddy could have told you that!

Good to hear Cook is training well.

i hope madge notices this i did and the bloke sitting down from me at redfern oval whom was a local said the same thing about cook he is lightening fast off both feet.

Will McInnes be Madge's pet though???

Well looks like we are paying 150,000 of his wage in 2016 to be at Penrith. Not happy about it. But that's how it has to be.

I expect confirmation of this in the next week alien.

What's the point of bringing back sam and having a strong pack if we have no strike out in the centres ...am I the only one who thinks and can see this is pointless ? Take DW out and we have a very very ordinary back line in comparison to nearly all others

Your right but perhaps they are looking at it long term and were willing to compromise 2016 to set a foundation for the future and build a team around Sam.

Forwards make backs look good. I'd take a strong pack over a strong backline any day. Sams the best forward in the world and you know the rest of the pack will lift having him in the team

If we get Hiku and he performs I won't be too upset.

I heard Sam is trying to convince Dylan to stay though...

Has anyone heard if Tim Grant is staying what a waste of money he has been I've never seen a forward with slower leg speed in my life in first grade he may as well walk

Can anybody explain why Dylan wants to leave if in fact he does want out .
Is it money,is it a personality clash with mad ge or is it that mad ge actually wants him gone because he may be a bit of a loose goose and won't behave as expected it's very confusing

dylan's contract with souths ends at the end of 2016, and it is only for $250,000 a season. manly are offering around $600,000 a year i believe. souths would probably offer him $500,000 a year starting from 2017

What type of souths junior would ever ask to leave us to go to manly of all teams ? Something doesn't sound right Manly really Dylan Pfff if that's who he is and what he wants let him go now to the silver tails they are obviously doing there best to buy a premiership they make me sick and so does the idea of a very talented souths junior even contemplating playing for them

Thanks for the explanation Alien if they are offering 600k and from next year we can offer 500k I'm thinking any real honest souths junior would take the 500 to stay in the red and green as far as 2016 on 250k is concerned that's still 20 k a month as a 21 year old ,what 21 yo can't thrive off that sort of coin?
He's obviously getting some bad advice or he's just not loyal like we hoped I'm pretty sure Reynolds got offered overs by other clubs but took less to stay with souths ..
