They are counting a contract against our cap that is not only not registered, but which they refused to register.

Well this year we beat plenty of teams and we did it off the back of cheating and it felt great. I lurk on other clubs' forums and plenty of them were frustrated that we refused to roll over and die after getting caught. f**k them. We weren't losers this year, and we have cheating to thank for it.

I'll turn my back on it quicker than the RBB. Like I said, I reckon all the top clubs are cheating, so why not us too? We just need to not get caught, and that doesn't mean not keeping records - financial transactions are still subject to state and federal laws, and if you want to avoid prosecution you need to leave some kind of paper trail. The key is keeping it out of the hands of the NRL.

Semi Radradra has revealed he met Brisbane coach Wayne Bennett this month as the Broncos prepare to launch a raid on the Eels star.

Radradra was first linked with a shock move to the Broncos in July and the meeting with Bennett will have Parramatta fans nervous.


The Fijian flyer still has a year remaining on his Eels deal and has vowed to honour the contract.

But the Broncos are prepared to pay big money to get Radradra to Red Hill as soon as possible. Last summer’s trading frenzy is proof players can be moved at any time regardless of their contracts.

This happens all the time....like when clubs pay portion of a player's salary to move him on.

They didn't refuse to register it. We never gave it to them.

Is there a source saying we wouldn't give it to them? seems clear from that report of Nov 3 last year that the NRL refused to register it.

Anyway, seems they can do what they want regardless.... I made the arguments in the past and clearly I got nothing!!!

Gronk's post here has a lengthy quoted source that covers the matters for consideration. There is no suggestion that Parra ever tried to register the deal.....part of their defense is that there wasn't a mutually agreed contract to register.
