Souths Till I Die

I know a lot of you disagree but I think Farah is a great signing. His best years may be behind him but he is still one of the best hookers in the game.

His experience will bring a lot to the side and imo he will improve both attack and defence. The amount of stuff he can teach Cook will be valuable.

I am confident he will be fine off the field. Guys like GI, Sam and Sutto will bring him back down to earth if anything happens. We also know Madge doesn't take any shit from players.

Spot on mate. I don't understand how the Farah signing could be negative in any way. He's cheap, he's proven himself as a good player (is still better than peats) and he's a leader with a tonne of experience.

Not signing Farah would of been the stupidest thing Souths have done since destroying our 2014 squad. Just because your older doesn't mean you can't play footy. Jesus Christ look at cameron smith.

I dont think Manly paid most of stewarts contract but i agree it was a ridiculous and desperate signing that was never going to work imo

Not what I meant about the pay but ok.

My comment was more on how he tried to divide the dressing room with his comments towards to coach something Farah has a long history of doing. And I mean a very long history

I've said it so many times.

Cam is a dud.

Doesn't have urgency about him. His passing game is slow and he doesn't get the forwards going forward. He runs in circles and freezes when in space. When attacking he takes so long picking the ball up that the opposition is already right up on us.

The only good thing is his tackling.

Cam also wasn't creative.

Good on Richo, he doesn't tolerate players who don't learn and Cam had his chances and disappointed.

Cam is a dud & slow & yet he made 5 linebreaks to Cook's zero & scored 5 good tries to Cook's zero.

On paper,at least,McI.is better than ZEROMAN!!

Good on Richo? Then why is Tyrell still in the squad? Or why is Clark still used as a prop, he hasn't learned how to play in that position over a number of years? Why is Nielsen still there? Or your favourite Goodwin, who is a selfish player and needs to learn to be better under the high ball or know when to come in when defending in the line?

It's not all up to Richo though. Madge as coach would have a big say who is signed and let go.

Come on guys, we need to move on from these discussions instead of re-hashing them continually. :(
Don't worry I am now mate.

GOODWIN selfish, that is a stupid comment.

He gives his all for us Southsport, but oh yes he's apparently selfish is the player who was our leading Tryscorer halfway through last year and members choice of 2015 and an international player. Righteo!!!!!!!!!
