Not good to hear about Cody but hopefully he'll be fine.

Cheers Fishy!

That article has a hell of a lot of good news and I'm really excited. Just one week til our first trial and one month til Round 1 guys!

Couldn't agree more about the Twins. Yes, they have both been below par these past two years but it seems that whenever one of them actually played well, people didn't give them any credit as the other played poorly. Let's hope this changes this year and the Twins can put the fear back into our pack.

Good to hear the GI is tracking well and it is certainly wise to have him in the centres. As Seibs said, there's no need to rush him, just ease him back into it. If the long term plan is to play him at fullback, that'll come later on but tbh, I hope that's where GI stays. He could be a revelation there and imo, he will actually provide more impact there than he would at fullback due to the lesser workload. I'd love to see young Graham outside Greg on the left, that'd do Camy the world of good. We also saw just how good a spine of AJ, Walker, Reynolds and Cook can be last year and I think that's a fantastic, exciting spine!

I love the sound of our new style already and it's what we've been crying out for for a few years now. Hopefully Matty Johns' coaching hugely benefits our halves too.

In regards to the hooker, I'm 100% with R20 on this one, Cook starts and Farah is 18th man. It's a no-brainer.

So Farah's staying on board to fight or a spot.

I wonder if a certain gossip who's "inside source" said he was going to Wigan will acknowledge and own up to his lie? :joy:

A good run with injuries too....

If we don't do the basics right though it'll be a long year...

I believe our attack can click. It's our defence that concerns me..... what has Seibs done to improve this....???

If you can't defend and hold a side out for consecutive sets of 6 you can't play finals...

It says subscribe..
Of course......

In fact I am gonna stop right there before I say something I shouldn't....
I'll say it,there's not one head honcho in the NRL that has any brains or balls.
Politis runs the show and does what ever he wants when he wants and the NRL just keeps spinning it's own brand of bullshit to the supporters,f**king useless!!

It appears that the NRL will be updating the TPA rules (or lack of rules).

Do you think they could be cheats R20???

What can the NRL actually do though? Unless you make them apart of the salary cap I can’t see any other solution besides scrapping them. Apparently the broncos have $2 million worth of TPA’s. WTF? They ultimately have a cap of over $11 million.

Southsport is that a rhetorical question lol?

They could limit the number of TPAs any one club could have I suppose.

I've got a system for you fellas.Crowe or Packer hand over $1 mill to a player, the player makes it a donation to a GoFundMe charity as a personal gift.
The $1 mill is now not considered taxable income and is tax deductible.
Mr X player claims it back come the end of the financial year and the charity and Mr X player are both happy!

I don’t think it works like that though. I think it has to be a sponsorship so you would have to have good connections to the business world. Thus comes in one of the best businessman in Sydney with all his underworld connections. Mr Politis.

unfortunately Fail at all levels.

First , as soon as the money is given directly to player it is part of our Salary Cap.
What the player does with the money is irrelevant for salary cap purposes.
whether he snorts it , big mac ' s it , drinks it , gambles it or girls it is just as irrelevant as donating it for salary cap.

As for donating to yourself and make it taxable free , please , everyone would be doing it.
