I know the titans are shit but I think it says a lot about the overall culture at the club when peach wants to stay while he isn’t even gauranteed a starting spot, he’s an origin player.

Gould always said he wanted us to be a club where players wanted to be, seems he’s pulled that off.

I feel sorry for the Titans, but they are mad if they don’t release him. He doesn’t wanna play, he won’t play well, why would you want him?

They can make him sit out the season, but then his money comes off their cap and no one wins.

I assume they will hold out and get the best deal they can from Gus.

I’ll be stoked if he stays, I love the way he plays footy and what he brings to the club.

IMO:

Peach will be going to G.C. as planned.

Ivan Cleary will be with the Tigers for two more years.

Nathan Cleary will be signing a 5 year $6,250,000 contract in November.

Panthers to unveil plans for a new Penrith stadium in the new year with Roycie as the groundsman.

If I'm at the Titans and Peach wants to stay at Panthers, I'm looking for compensation of at least May and Katoa/Egan. Maybe even Aekins as well.

I’m not saying May is bad, I’m just saying I’d prefer Peachey in the utility role.
Peach would be the most expensive utility in the game and yeah he's a better player than May. But I would take May half or hooker any day of the week. As a utility IMO May is better in more positions where you can justify giving him the utility role.

Peachey is only worth it if he's starting.

Peachey is going to have to take a pay cut from his GC contract is he wants to stay at Penrith, but it’s the impact he can have that attracts me. That pace he has can be invaluable off the bench with 15 mins to go in each half.

There is no Peachey gets the same money now. Props are getting 700k and play 40mins or so. Halves get $1m now.

$400k or so for Peachey is good seeing he is an origin player, experienced guy and has shown he can change positions from week to week and still go well

They don’t need a Hooker I think.

They need props their bench is shit. And they need a gun centre, give them Whare and keep Peach LOL. But really they need to sure up their pack, there’s some really average forwards at 15,16 and 17. Carty has still been making the bench and refuses to tackle lol.

The titans have cultural problems tho, late and Carty both became much worse players there. Proctor is a nobody now.
