A coach alone can't mess a team's cap up. I stll have no doubt our squad will be better balanced than Gus' last few years here

Its hard to be critical of swapping DWZ for Peachey (assuming it gets done).

2 players on roughly the same cash and prone to on-field stupidity (brainsnaps vs lazy tackles/penalties). But if you're going to pay $500k for 1 of them, Peachey will at least win you the odd game.

You know why the tigers couldn’t afford him in the end? Cleary signed some absolute planks to their club, crippled their salary cap.

Only saving grace is he didn’t take any of them on here. Someone probably overruled him.

Tigers missing out has made me so f**king happy.

To think some here thought it was in our best interest to take shit players to help the Tigers.

Blake could be a great player if he could realise his potential. I have been waiting for it to happen, but he just doesn't seem to be able to get to that next level consistently, a bit like DWZ really. Last year he scored 14 tries and looked good, but before that he wasn't really scoring much. Maybe it's the teams fault for not giving him the ball.

If he has a good attitude, why would Cleary get rid of him? Hook dropped him after the Moylan incident, so he obviously likes a party, but is he a good trainer? Is he injured a lot because he doesn't train hard?

We overrate so many of our players based on what they do as juniors, but very few bring the same level of excellence they had as a junior into first grade. Blake has shown glimpses but isn't the finished product yet.

Blake I feel is a winger in the Blake Ferguson mould. He doesn't create enough opportunities for the wingers but is a good finisher with abit of speed

So help me out here....what exactly have the Tigers ever done to Penrith? ...lets see if i have it right

-They give a job to an UNSIGNED coach that Panthers threw on the scrapheap
-They give him the total trust that HE INSISTED ON
- He brings players to the club on overpaid overlong contracts
- He is lured back to you by YOUR board while the club is still a final 8 shot
- He leaves to go coach the son he knew he had coming up through the ranks at the time he signed on
- He leaves an absolute mess of his own doing and you cheer it on

So ....what have the Tigers done to you again??. .....dickhead

Blake has untapped potential but he just doesnt get any good ball or space created for him.

Time will tell whether he improves and goes to the next level but I certainly don't think we should be offloading him at this point in time.

When he was played on the wing early in his career he was terrible. Hands like feet under the high ball.

If he’s improved that he might be able to play wing, but last year he scored 14 tries in the centres. That shows something.
