I don't think the Rabbitohs wanted him, so then the Tigers picked him up this last off season, but then somehow we picked him up. Or something like that. Anyway, it doesn't seem to be a very exiting signing, but I haven't seen him play so no idea what he is like as a potential NRL player.

Yeah, I know all that, but, why would 2 clubs basically not give a toss about him? Doesn't make much sense, when you look at his background. Lets hope that they have simply under estimated him and he ends up being at least NRL standard to bolster our stocks.

I think we should maybe have a shot at luring Fanitesi Niu from the Broncos. With all the negativity that is going on there right now, he might be ripe for the picking. He is not signed for next year and he is their best up and coming player. He plays Centre/Fullback and is very quick and has great power and stepping skills.

We seem to be very good at convincing players to come cheap and bring out their best. Depends how many offers he gets and if he's promised a specific position which will never happen regardless.

Yeah, Mahoney will likely get to play plenty of Origins. Harry Grant has spent more time out of the game injured in 1 1/3rd seasons than Cam Smith did in almost two decades.
