Moses did EXACTLY what he does for Parra. Just distributes the ball (mostly to a runner inside), never runs and prays that tries will come off his last tackle kicks. That was a very Moses performance. Freddy got exactly what he selected.
He got twice as many try assists as anyone else on the field.

Champion Data has 1 run for 7m. They are the most reliable stats going around. https://mc.championdata.com/nrl/

15 tackles with 5 missed, 1 ineffective is nothing to write home about. It's not terrible but it was more misses than all the other halves on the field.
I’m still yet to see anything definitive to suggest they are the most reliable. Has anyone actually looked at tape and compared the two?

It’s not particularly difficult data collation. I’d say the difference in figures is more down to slight differences in how they define each stat.

FYI, 16 tackles for 3 missed on NRL stats.

His missed tackles were all at the end when he was playing on one leg. Tackles he let go of when other defenders came in to wrap the runner up, so he could get back into the line.

Well for runs I'm pretty sure the NRL stats include the 2-4m a player takes in his steps just prior to kicking the ball

I thought both sets of halves were average. The difference was our 1 and 9 were shit whilst QLD's were better.

No way Moses had a bad game. He did good. Not amazing but good. A few in the NSW like Tedesco had shockers. Latrell
Was hot and cold. Turbo blew a try which would have been the nail in the coffin

When Moses has a bad game I’d be the first to smash him. Doesn’t deserve it, not tonight. He was good

He'll probably cop criticism because its easy to criticise a halfback on debut when they lose. To me I thought he handled it well. Kicking game was good, his defence was great. Its unfortunate they lost but hopefully this will give him confidence for the rest of the year.

If only other players didnt hog the ball as much.
