I think our forward pack may go up a level in finals tbh. RCG and Papali are killing it. Jnr and Matterson are not at best but I am sure come finals they will hit straps. Browns just warming up also.
Kafusi,Bryce,Niakuore,Lane form a real powerfull and skillful bench. If our kicking game is on and back can hold own we can steam roll sides.
BA is not a super coach but not an idiot. He knows now isn't the time to fire all our shots. I reckon we are using a few of Bennets tricks. You watch Souths start to make a mess of sides after origin is complete.
Brad Arthur is much maligned on here. Im not sure of his coaching credentials you guys probably know more than me, he probably no Craig Bellamy but probably hasn’t quite enjoyed the rosters or off field back room staff to quite seal the deal. Whichever way this season pans out, you have the top 17 to at least compete when the big games come around. Whether you do or not remains to be seen, blaming the coach is always convenient I guess, let’s just see how this season pans out.

Even if we lose all those games but win the rest / bye we finish on 32 points.

Roosters need to win 6 / Manly 7 from the last 10 games just to finish on 32 points. Plus they don’t have any byes so have to deal with the 3rd origin (does Tommy miss 2 games ?)

Additionally there is a good chance we win at least 1 game maybe 2 out of roosters/south’s / manly…

also wouldn’t surprise me if Storm / panthers rest players in the last 2 games especially panthers in the final round, thus they could be pretty winnable games too.

so good chance we remain top 4. And that’s without us even considering we actually come home really strong, going to another level.

With manly's loss last night the maximum wins they can get is 17.

We are on 12.

If we win the games we should against Titans, Raiders and Cowboys. Jag one against either souths or penrith at home. And one out of the roosters/Manly away game should be enough. Probably the roosters are more beatable atm unless turbo is out in round 22 when we play manly

Looks like we'll need to beat both Manly and the Roosters, and bag a win Vs the Cowboys to hold on to a top four spot.

That's assuming the Roosters also drop a game to at least one of the Panthers, Rabbits or Raiders, assuming they'll win against the Donkeys and Dragons ( the Dragons are f**ked, they won't make the eight )

And Manly drop their game against the Storm, or don't win the rest of their remaining games by enough to make up the difference on PD.

Don’t worry we have been in the top 4 the last 18 months, I have full confidence in the coach and his staff and our team!!

Go Parra!!

I reckon we'll probably beat one of either Manly or Roosters, most likely Roosters. We should beat the Cowboys, and we'll likely go down to Souffs, Penrith ( depends if Cleary/ Moses plays ) and Melbourne.

Looking at Manly's and Rooster's draw, I see Manly winning all their remaining games, bar maybe their game against the Storm, and Roosters dropping two - three games.

That leaves Manly fourth, us fifth, and Roosters Sixth.

I also reckon the Titans scrape into eighth, so if all that pans out, we play them first week of finals.

In the current climate, is there an advantage if all team stay in the bubble? Apart from the week off?

There's no home final benefit so why does it matter where we finish? If you finish 5th-8th and win in week one it's no different to if you finished top four and lost.
