Yes because we've already been flogged by wests and the doggies, we we're chugging along like a Japanese bullet train lol šŸ˜† šŸ˜„ šŸ˜€
Look I am happy to get rid of BA at end of season. Especially if we either implode or fall short badly in the finals.

The club doesn't need the distraction beforehand though any minor hope this season can be salvaged everything needs to go right and any media speculation about the coach can wait until after our season is over.

So Ciraldo has already turned down the Wests gig, and presumably the Warriors gig (which went to his fellow Panthers assistant Webster)... and if he'd turned down the Wests gig, then there's no difference between that and teh apparently soon to be vacant Saints gig.

You'd have to think Ciraldo's waiting for something better... or closer... to open up? And it would now seem management companies promote the future avilability of coaching candidates to clubs for consideration, in advance of vacacnies occurring. So it wouldn't take much for his management to have whispered something the Eels way at a time when Arthur was in danger of not meeting a KPI for these wheels to be truning the way Weilder's meida report seem to indicate?

Or imagine in the KPI scneario if Arthur's management also manages Ciraldo...

Google tells me Ciraldo is managed by George Mimis (SFX), anyone know who manages Arthur?

Looks like Arthur is managed by the Orrs (Pacific Sports Management)... so that theory's out of play.

(Unless some of these management companies like to cause chaos and potential commissions from unexpected/extra/early signings?)

Maybe so, but that is also any easy ā€œoutā€ for the club who need to be proactive and not let our gun juniors , re sign coach after 60 point loss… who does that ?go to other clubs, parramatta lost their way many years ago….. and can’t find their way back
Mediocrity has been our friend for a very long time and we have done little to part ways, but I’m absolutely positive u disagree with all of this
Compared to where we were before Arthur joined we are an above average club. Might just be coincidence but there's a good chance we go backwards under a new coach.

I’m probably one of the few on here that hated seeing that article. It’s the type of thing that destabilises everything at the business end of the season. All that sht can play out in November.

if it’s true, clubs would of finalized their coach and staff by November

Brad Arthurs atleast is proven to get a side into finals. I think St George would be perfect or the Dogs.
That’s the thing Hindy, he could help a lowly placed club become a regular finals club. It sounds a good move for him and for us if it’s true

I reckon this is what's happened. Phil Gould rates him and has told him that if he can get a release he would offer him a 4 year deal starting next season for more money and double the contract length. His management leak it so that our club can expedite his replacement (which we were probably going to do anyway).
Hope you’re right Avenger

So we could have the:

Tigers
Warriors
Dogs
Dragons
Eels
Titans
Knights

Change/Sack coaches in the same season and only BA be the one that keeps a job as a head coach the next season!
