It was so refreshing to see some animation and emotion in the coaches box by Carr and his staff. Great to see Carr also giving instructions from the box on the walky talky. Hook had none of that.

That’s it. It’s not about the two points (although it’s good to get away from last spot that little bit more). Here were the Roosters thinking they could flick a switch whenever they wanted and roll us. It almost worked but god I’m glad we wiped the huge smirk from Teddy and Robinson’s face.

They stood up and put all the crap from this week behind them.
Great way to steal it on the bell too, even if it was hard for us all watching.
Carr seems really level headed considering he's been thrown into a mess.

Agree , needs to stop surrendering in tackles , needs to hit the line at pace , make the opposition have to make a tackle, otherwise he get pushed back 20 metres ...... Need to persevere with him , I'm hoping he will figure out what he has to do ......

There are some smaller fullbacks that just run into the defence and bend the line. He submits every time.

Great finish to a game. Snatching victory from the jaws of defeat. The defence in the first half was 100% on recent times. Hopefully this is the start of our return to being a competitive footy team we can be proud of.

You gotta wonder what is going through Ryles' head when he watches a game like that. I suppose he is with them for the rest of the year but he probably couldn't help watching with one eye from the Dragons perspective.
