That game against Cronulla was an abomination however ive also seen him play some good footy. Hes quick enough and if he can tackle he should go ok. Its also a matter of our defensive systems. Have they been addressed or are we only blamimg the players? Time will tell.

He was coming back from covid and Hasler admitted he brought him back too early.
“In hindsight, it is wonderful thing hindsight, with Covid he was underdone a little bit, but he won’t use that as an excuse,” Hasler said.

WIshing him well. Would be surprised to see Harper in our top 17 without injuries to others, but it's handy to have players that can slot in an be an option to do a reasonable job if needed.

I never reply to the predictions thread because that is just a set up for a fail.
However, and still, I won't be making a prediction regarding Harper.
I just wonder why we can't all give him the benefit of the doubt before making predictive judgements on his ability, and just wait and see how it pans out.
I parallel this, on a much smaller scale of course, to the reaction of Ange being appointed manager at Spurs.
He has since made so many critics, both fans and media, eat their words.

I would love Morgan to do the same. It's got to be good for all of us if he does, right?

That'd be great if he does, but I don't even think that the Eels rate him much

Consider the facts, he's a Manly reject who signed for just above minimum wage on a short term deal from the reports.

If we rated him, he would have been offered a much better deal, you know, like Jiral Mormoisea, who we really rate.

Has Ange been a success? Bit early to tell really
