As a side issue to this ball playing debate, it kind of gets up my nose, concerning the hype around the Broncos Reece Walsh the love from the media when the hype doesn’t in any way match the reality week in week. For every good pass there are probably three other that hit the advertising hoardings, liability in defence, positionally unsound but all of a sudden he produces the one magic moment and the media commentators are in premature ejeculation mode. I know he is a poster boy, like Ponga who is another who flatters to deceive for the most part. I understand the desire of having a ball playing fullback but I really don’t think there are that many, not as many as some seem to suggest.

Turbo definitely is not the better fullback. Taking them both at their peak I'd have Dyl, no question.

Half those games were with Laurie tbf. Similar to Manly with Hopoate.

Anyway, the comparison was Edwards in the version of Penrith that was getting 8-10 points put on them.

Not sure his body holds up much past Yeo being done, so probably not something we will need to worry about sadly. Hopefully he cracks the 200 game mark and would love to see 250, but that will see him out I'd say.

I think this team has the class and players to go on a run of 5, 6, 7+ wins in a row. We just have to find our mojo again.

I dont think anyone can expect a prime 21, 22, 23 performance. But we simply msut scrap and do whatever is needed to get the 2 points.

My sources say its really a matter of working harder with the youngsters.

Its not an effort issue at training, everyone has the desire its about internalising the fundamentals.

Some players are faster to adjust than others.

So the team behind the team, they would appreciate some umderstanding.
